500AL Multilingual Translator questions

I DID wonder about this. I wondered for a while if I should get the 500Al or the 1500. I decided on the 500AL. (ECTACO Oxford 500AL Multilingual Translator)

It IS kind of nice. I WAS disappointed though to see that it was really only a 1 language bilingual translator with the ability to SLOWLY(a couple minutes) flash the selected language in ROM, from a 1GB SD mini card that was included. In other words, TODAY it could be GERMAN<->ENGLISH, tomorrow SPANISH<->ENGLISH, later FRENCH<->ENGLISH, etc... but NOT FRENCH/GERMAN/SPANISH<->ENGLISH at the same time.

Is there ANY way to get it to support maybe 3-5 languages from/to english?

ALSO, it would be nice if there were a way of seeing the words and descriptions in a list on the screen at the same time.

Unfortunately, we currently do not have such an option in 500 model.

Every time You need to switch to another language, You will have to go through 1-2 minutes of reloading.

We have more convenient way to switch languages in other models – 900 and NTL, but they are more expensive.
