Check your refid
Dear Dealer, we would like to explain how our referral system works:
When customers from your site click on your referral link to http://www.ectaco.co.uk, they automatically get your dealer's refid in their cookies and whenever later they make purchases (even if he comes directly to http://www.ectaco.co.uk), you will get your Dealer Sales Commission.
To check how our refid system works, you should:
- close Internet Explorer,
- delete all the cookies on your computer in windows/cookies folder.
- Open your Web site in Internet Explorer and follow the link to http://www.ectaco.co.uk with your refid, e.g. http://www.ectaco.co.uk/?refid=111
You can browse the site as if you were a customer.
You can view your current refid by choosing Check your refid link from the left panel.
You will see that your refid always stays unchanged (in this example - refid=111)
It is important to clean your cookies, as you might have visited http://www.ectaco.co.uk before through a link with a refid other than your own.
Even in the event (0,96% according to our statistics) if your site customer does not have "cookies" switched on, you will get your sales commission if he orders the dictionary during the same session after having visited your Website.
