Dear forum of Ectaco
help me, please.
45/50 days ago I purchased one Electronic Translator English <-> Chinese YISHEN 888 .
Now a few lines of the display, precisely 3 at the moment, are progressively disappearing and for this reason it is impossible to check battery level and whatever is written in the lower part of the display.
This has been in progression, it started few day after purchasing with only 1 line disappearing, now they are 3. Can anybody help me? Electronic dictionary has a 1 year warranty, what do I have to do to have it repaired?
I wrote to Ectaco, they answer with links and e-mail of Goldic company, but delivery service give me this e-mail not exsistent.
I don't know how to do for my problem.
