It appears others agree, or at least the dates are few and far between. The instructions with my JetBook are sad, the web site is more sad, and this customer is getting even the most sad by the minute! This customer has tried and tried to use the $300 product without success. I'm no dummy, but I do skip things and then get into trouble. I WANT to use it... but I'm getting more frustrated. Does anyone here 1) speak/write plain English, and 2) know the site well enough to lead me through to success?
