HI. I've just received my new itravel TL-6 and battery charge seem doesnt work correctly.
I put the extra battery in the cradle ... but no light appeared !!
I plugged the device in my pc with appropriate cable ... red light stay the same as before plugged !!
do I have to retire the plastic label on which it's written 'pull' or pull is just to help to take it back from its place ?
How many time to I have to charge the battery ???
its been almost 5 hours that both battery are in charge and I'm still not able to use the device. On and off button doesnt work at all !!!
I'm so disappointed
Would you pleased help me ??

Dear Customer,

DO NOT RETIRE PLASTIC LABEL!

Please, put the battery in the device, make sure it is inserted tight and then plug it in. Then charge the device for 5 hours and check how it works.
