Problems with new iTravel NTL-9C

I just received my new iTravel NTL-9C and can't get it to work properly.
When I press any button on the home screen it only selects the iTravel button. Once a stylus calibration screen came on and then I could select properly with the stylus but then it reverted and I couldn't select properly again, I don't know how to get the calibrate screen back.
When it did work briefly and I was able to select the "Translate" button the only language everything seems to be in is Russian.
The CD also won't play the video on my media player and I don't see a manual.
I'm in a real hurry because I leave for Rome tomorrow!!!!

Dear customer
take the battery out, leave it for 15 min, put it back and start it again. it should work.
