Undelivered item, no contact or confirmation. What to do?

I ordered a Greek Xmas package 3 for 1 Ectaco on the UK site.
I paid with Visa, was told it was 3-4 days delivery ( ages ago) and never heard anything ever again.
No emails, nothing - no explanation, no calls, and I am worried as it's my Dads Christmas present.
What can I do, even my order history has vanished off the screen and I've nothing to show for my money.
I'm very disappointed at the lack of contact - even if the order had gone through I'd have expected somthing from this company, but not a single email, it's awful.
