The "You may hear it" section allows users to see examples of what they may hear in reply to a voiced phrase. For example, having chosen the topic "In a restaurant" you voice the phrase "I would like a coffee, please". When you switch to the "You may hear it" option, the system then displays the potential responses you may get from the waiter according to your request.
